บทคัดย่อ

This study introduces a wireless device designed to measure heart and respiratory rates utilizing IoT-integrated FMCW radar technology. Create a portable, contactless monitoring system that improves user comfort and enables real-time health tracking. The setup includes a 60 GHz mmWave radar sensor (MR60BHA1) for detecting signals, an ESP32 NodeMCU for transmitting data, and a display interface based on Raspberry Pi. Data is processed using Node-RED and stored in the Thingspeak cloud for later analysis. Five participants were involved in the experimental phase, with measurements recorded from a distance of 0.4 to 3 meters. A comparison was conducted with commercially available smartwatches and manual counting. The findings showed strong consistency, with heart rate error margins averaging under 2.5% and respiratory rate accuracy within 1 breath per minute. Feedback was given in real-time, both numerically and graphically, through a 7-inch LCD and web dashboard. The system achieved a satisfaction rating of 4.32/5, indicating strong user approval. This project offers a budget-friendly and non-invasive option ideal for home healthcare or patient monitoring. The primary limitation is data latency during peak times and reliance on a stable power supply. Future work may include broadening sensor coverage, improving algorithmic filtering to reduce motion artifacts, and incorporating AI-driven pattern recognition for detecting anomalies.
